Standard Booth (Inline)
$300
This booth comes with all of our standard items and will be inline. The booth is within an 8 x 8 foot space and will be located in the vendor hall (the grand ballroom of the NRH center).
Standard Booth (Corner)
$325
This booth comes with all of our standard items and will be positioned in a corner, giving you two directions of foot traffic to sell to. The booth is within an 8 x 8 foot space and will be located in the vendor hall (the grand ballroom of the NRH center).
Food Truck
($300)
Food Trucks will have a designated location to sell their meals. Food trucks do not gain the standard array of equipment for other booths, however you will be the only source of full meals within easy walking distance.
General Booth
Information
All of our booths come standard with one 6 ft. table, two chairs, two vendor badges (with more available upon request), a table cover, a small trashcan, and a free "NPC" ribbon. We also will provide complimentary snacks and refreshments within reason while supplies last. Electricity is NOT included, but can be purchased upon request. Vendors also may choose to participate in activities that are designed to draw customers to browse your items, however this participation is purely voluntary and is not required.

The sizing of each booth is based around the venue floorplan, and cannot be changed to meet individual requests. We are happy to accommodate vendors as best as we can, however, and are happy to listen to any ideas or requests you may have pertaining to your booth setup and location. This is not a guarantee that we will be able to meet your demands, but we will do our best.

There are discounts for vendors purchasing multiple spaces.
